EULA - End User License Agreement

This evaluation version of Tempo is limited to 30 days of use.
It may be uninstalled with the standard procedure of Windows.
As you certainly know a software is the intellectual property
of its author. Thus the right to use Tempo after the 30 tryout
days is conditioned by the paiement of a US$22 license.

Payment of the said registration fee entitles the user to a code
which will activate the registered version of Tempo. Illegal
distribution of the registered version of Tempo is in violation
of U.S. and international copyright laws.

Use of Tempo is the responsibility of the user. Any damage caused
by Tempo is at the risk of the user.

Tempo can not be distributed without the explicit agrement of the

Users of Tempo must accept this disclaimer of warranty:
"Tempo is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties,
expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties
of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The author
assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may
result from the use of Tempo."
